NoelX Patient Communication Platform
Program Description
NoelX is a patient communication platform used by medical spas and aesthetic practices to send appointment reminders, treatment follow-ups, and patient reactivation messages to their existing patients.
Consent & Opt-In
Patients consent to receive SMS messages as part of their existing relationship with their medical spa provider. Consent is collected during the patient intake process at the medical spa. By providing a mobile phone number during intake and signing the patient intake form, patients agree to receive text messages from their medical spa through the NoelX platform.
The consent flow works as follows: a patient visits their medical spa, provides their phone number during the intake process, and signs the patient intake form which includes SMS consent language authorizing the practice to send text messages regarding appointments, treatment follow-ups, and practice updates. This consent is documented and stored by the medical spa. Messages are then sent to consented patients through the NoelX platform on behalf of the medical spa.
Medical spa clients who use NoelX upload their patient contact lists to the platform and warrant that appropriate consent has been obtained for all patient communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Patients may receive up to 8 messages per month related to appointment reminders, treatment follow-ups, and practice updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further messages unless you re-enroll.
